30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Because Kittysum products are ingestible pet supplements, returned products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened containers, used products, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Start a Return

Email 1527056290qq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photos of the item and shipping package. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
