Kittysum orders are planned to be fulfilled from locations on the US East Coast and West Coast. The fulfillment location is selected according to inventory availability and the delivery address.
Processing time
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment.
Estimated delivery
Standard US delivery is estimated at 5-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
