Shipping policy

Kittysum ships every order from our warehouse in China to customers worldwide. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, and $7.99 otherwise. You see the exact shipping options, costs and delivery estimate at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

We process orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Then you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is generally 5–10 business days after an order is processed. However, delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, holidays, weather and address problems can all add time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Because orders ship internationally from China, your parcel may pass through customs. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are paid by the recipient, unless checkout shows otherwise. Also, please make sure supplements can be imported to your country before you order.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier collects the parcel. If tracking has not updated after that, or your parcel seems delayed, email 1527056290qq@gmail.com with your order number.

Address Changes and Missing Parcels

Please check your address before you complete checkout. If it is wrong, contact us right away, because we cannot change it once processing starts. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check around the delivery area and with neighbors, then contact the carrier and us.
