How to find your subscription
- Log in with the same email you used at checkout. We send a one-time code to that email, so no password is needed.
- Open Subscriptions, or open your subscription order from Orders.
- Choose the subscription you want to change.
What you can change
- Skip or reschedule your next delivery
- Change how often it ships (every 1, 2, 3 or 6 months)
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Pause or cancel at any time
